Week 49 – The green, green grass of home

A slightly strange week in that there were lots of people here and lots of activity, but not much of it too visual as they focus on getting all of the work on the chimney and upstairs windows completed so that they can get the scaffolding down. The decorator also completed the touching up of the stairs, hall & landing so that looks great, but not too different in pictures as it was already near enough completed. There were a few additional areas worked on though amongst that, and the laying of turf to repair the area where they’ve been taking deliveries, mixing and generally using as their work area felt like a big step forward to getting our home back!
