Week 60 – Patio take 2!
Major focus on the outside work, with patio going back down and lots of digging and groundwork to beds. Further completion of snagging list internally.
Week 59 – A Wonderful Christmas (just in) Time
External roof and pipework completed, lots of painting to kitchen ceiling & walls and multiple items of snag list completed – all before a great Christmas Day.
Week 58 – Snow-go-patio
Patio put on hold, stairs and landing carpet fitted, more painting and decorating and delivery of dining table & chairs!
Week 57 – Birthday Bathroom!
Bathroom completed (except electrics), external drainage and pipes tidied and further painting of multiple areas
Week 56 – Pati-oh-no!
Patio laid, and then removed! Great progress on the bathroom and lots more sorting and tidying throughout
Week 55 – Bathroom Blitz & Patio Patience
Bathroom plastered, tiled and grouted. Patio started, brick work fixes to driveway and lots of painting and preparation.
Week 54 – Flooring it to the finish line
Flooring and wall tiles to bathroom, more carpets fitted and outside work re-started when weather allows
Week 53 – We’re flying! (well, Clare is)
External painting completed, scaffolding down, grouting finished and porch prepared.
Week 52 – Wet days & wet rooms
Full steam ahead with main bathroom, lots more painting and initial guttering work
Week 51 – We’ve reached 1 year!
Dormer window borders restored, annex hall painted & bathroom plumbing started
